Marlin is a tiny drop of adorable. His fosters believe he probably has some Jack Russell Terrier in his lineage. He’s small but mighty and very intelligent. He’s medium energy, not particularly vocal and would love a home where he could be a part of the goings-on. Good with other dogs and would thrive in an active home with structure.
